The Aims of AASMB

The Australian Association of Stud Merino Breeders Limited (AASMB) are the peak organisation for Australian Merino Breeders, representing nationally registered studs across Australia, who in turn provide Australian Merino/Poll Merino genetics and other services to the Stud and Commerical Sheep Industries both in Australia and internationally.

Our principal aims are Australian Merino Stud flock registry; fostering the breeding and improvement of Australian Merino/Poll Merino sheep; as well as promotion and advocacy for the Stud and Commercial Merino Industries.
